Service Description

This package allows you unlimited rides for the week. (Identification must be provided at the time of the ride. Pass is only valid for the authorized user on the account.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, Changes and No-Show Policy: As we are a small business tour company, reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation prior to 30 days will be credited at 50% of individual booking. No-Show bookings are non-refundable. Any cancellation or change request made within the 30 day arrival time frame is non-refundable, so make sure your plans are firm before you book. We will are happy to help you reschedule based on availability. In the rare case of a tour cancellation due to in climate weather we will offer space on an alternate date and time. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to move your tour time up to 3 hours in either direction.
